SIPgate using spare cordless phone - hardware advice needed

Hi all,
The situation is thus: I would like to use SIPgate with a spare pair of cordless phones I have through my broadband connection.
I have signed up a SIPgate account - all works.
I have spare pair of telephones - also great.
I would like to buy an adaptor to plug in direct to my broadband router (Netgear DG834G) into which I can plug my phones.
I've looked at https://www.sipgate.co.uk and found the Handytone 486 for £50!!!
https://secure.sipgate.co.uk/voipshop/grandstream/handytone486
I want something CHEAPER!!!
I looked on ebay and found two handy tones:
http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=handytone+486
One is at £18.20 plus £2.80p&p already with three days to go. The other has several days to go yet.
It seems that this would actually enable me to have just one handset for both normal landline and VoIP calls but I don't mind having two sets of phones as it's easier to tell which is ringing then!
What do I need to look for here - there are loads of much cheaper adaptors on ebay - clues please guys?
Cheers,
Phil

I bought one of these a few weeks ago at a net price inc p&p of under £20. It came from Hong Kong in just one week. It's used and attracted no customs duty. A dream to set up with Sipgate, following this user's experiences.
Be brave, only £20!0
