This seems to be the winning answer - also means you get rid of an employee who has lots of minor health issues which could impact on your family - you need someone fit enough and healthy enough, not someone who is always ill, infectious or recovering
If wriitng a policy for your next employee, consider a minimum time they should stay away after any D&V, as as much as you'd like them back quickly, you don't want to catch anythingYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0
