Change of Circumstances DLA and Motability

Hi all...

I am about to send of a change of circumstances form to the DLA and I'm pretty sure I will lose my HRMC, possibly all MC. I have a Motability car at the moment and realise this would have to go back.

My question is: It takes a good few weeks to make a decision on these things, now, if I lose my HRMC - will I have to repay them any money I was paid at that level from the date of the form? i.e. money they paid me while it was sat on someone desk, they were thinking about it etc

If the HRMC was coming directly to me, I'd just put it to one side incase I have to pay it back, but it is going to Motability and it's not like I can end my contract with them until I have the new award notification. Will DWP still want money back from me? Will they recoup from Motability and Motability want it from me?

Just to clear up: I am not at issue with losing the HRMC [I quite like walking and being out and about] but that I may be hit with having to repay and overpayment that was paid to Motability, not me.

Thanks.
