Npower sillyness

I submit regular readings online, and use the naff energy tracker for electric (it does not do gas right now) for my npower dual fuel, so I know exactly what my readings are, or there abouts.
Last week I got a letter saying my gas readings could be wrong and to send a meter reading by post/phone, sod that they were closed because of easter and there was no pre paid so I did it online, along with my elec, as the bills should be here any day now.
Now today i have another letter saying my electric readings are dodgy and are they billing my day and night units correctly.
Firstly I dont have a day/night meter! and yes they are correct as i use almost exactly 100 units a month.
Secondly I submitted online and got confirmation of my readings when i did them a few days ago when they asked for the gas ones.

Why are they doing this, been npower for 2+ years and they have never pulled a stunt like this.
I just want my bill.

Hmmm - The reference by n'power to an ECO7 meter is a bit worrying.

Either n'power have screwed up their own records which is bad news, or, there is a problem with your address/meter No. on the national data base which is even worse news.

If it were my problem, to stop me getting enmeshed in a what could be a real tangle, I'd get proactive by sending n'power a photo of the Elec meter.

It sounds like Npower sacked a load of staff for incompetence and set on the ones that Eon had sacked. Both are crap companies that do not know their butt from their elbow !

I had a letter for all my readings too. I also submit online every month. They have still not got my direct debit sorted out after being with them eight months.

It could be that they think your usage is too high, remember they dont know what your proeprty is like and to save you a stupid bill check it.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Sounds like a mistake on the E7 thing, but just make sure your next bill is still correct...someone might have done a meter change in error on your billing account.
