Everyone's meal plans sound lovely, especially yours ScarletRaven. I'm veggie and very rarely cook meat. DS now prefers veg mince to meat mince!

I think everyone is fed up of planning & cooking the 'winter' meals, roll on the lovely hot days when we can BBQ and pick salad and fruit from the garden :)

I'll try to get on board with my menu plans next week. I've got to get my food shopping bill under control, but its hard with teenagers who never get full!

Thank you very much :) Like you I don't eat nmeat but have to cook for someone who does (my partner), but he actually really enjoys the veggie dishes I make him, particularly the veggie mince dishes :)

I was only saying last night that I can't wait for the warmer weather to do some tasty summer dishes, like new potatoes and boiled eggs with lots of fresh salad! Yum!
