RANT only, Carphone Warehouse - no need for advice!

Had a phone which has been faulty since I got it, hardly been able to switch it on in nearly six months, hard to get back into store as i work silly hours, hubby has been twice, and banged his head against the wall in frustration.
Tried for a third time this weekend, still same old fobbing off excuses which I feel are missing the point, left it with them reluctantly after an hour's debate. Even the reasons for fault on their documentation did not match what i constantly reiterated is the main problem..!
Returned home, left message in private and public on social media asking them to ring me, polite enough I thought - both were deleted and i was blocked! So I now get a feeling I am completely not valued as a customer - granted i am not the biggest spender in the world, but still...
Sent email to "CEO" got reply and phone call within two hours which was efficient, they followed up today, and still no resolution, other than they expect me to put it into service centre THREE times before they will replace it, and then only with a reconditioned one, clearly i bought a new one. Frustrated is not the word. I cannot understand how a company can expend so much energy into customer dissatisfaction, all i want is a working phone as I thought I was getting when i walked into their shop. Grr
Rant over. Let's hope they can finally send it back fixed, or my LBA will be duly signed and despatched..
Never again will I order a phone from a phone shop such as this. Lesson well and truly learned.

Unfortunately you are falling foul of one of the annoyances of this forum, a group of people who have nothing better to do than scan for threads where someone is complaining and then try and belittle the poster.
Take comfort in the fact that these people are consistently demonstrating that they are too stupid to understand the purpose of a forum with 'Vent' and 'Warn' in its title.There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -

Bearing in mind the number of non-problems posted in this forum, personally if a poster cannot substantiate a complaint with details then I take it with a pinch of salt.0

Would you like me to write chapter and verse on all my transactions since oct 2011? Honestly. Have you never worked in a complaints department, the frustration and dissatisfaction should be evident in post 1 and as I have just done a 13 hour day I don't see the benefit in covering old ground especially as the CEO office of aforementioned company is up to speed with facts.
I don't care if anyone who posts on here takes it seriously or not! My post was clearly not written for you!0 -

Thank you I will. I was aware I would get such a reaction from some individuals I don't see why people need chapter and verse for a vent lol. I am not requesting help, that would be in the other section. I think the first 22 words of my post should make it clear what the problem is in plain English - I am paying for a service I cannot enjoy!0
