Strange one. clock at wrong time.

This is strange, I have windows 7 and have a gadget clock on the desktop.
The current time is 20:52 yet the clock is at 28 minutes past 7.
Hovering over the clock gives the correct time.
I have even changed the clock face but it does not change the time.
Anyone else ever had this.
Perhaps I need to wind it up but I can't find a key.

No.
The time on the system tray clock is correct.
I rebooted my computer at 11 pm and my gadget clock has been stopped at 4 mins past 11 since then.
Present time 00:09.0 -
