What trojan is it; whats its effect and how do you get rid of it ?

i didnt look what trojan it was but avg when i scaned my cmputer found it in its directory that i saved it in, but to get rid of it, scan for viruses use avg or other.

I found that pressing f5 on startup then selecting last known good config. lets you work properly on your computer (firewals+antiviruses actually load and work), then you should be able to download avg confidently and hopefully get rid of it.
