you can get a free one by converting points which you get via paying for their services each month. there is no FREE account as such, just a bonus the more you purchase account time

download your file, switch off router, switch on , (get new ip.only works if your on a dynamic ip) download straight awat again with no waiting..;)

You can download files upto 100mb For Free
click this link http://www.rapidshare.com/ and click choose Look in folders on you p/c for what you want to send then upload.It will then ask you for a username and password.when your account is created you sign in with your username and password make sure you dont check the box(German Adminastration) Unless you understand German lol then all you do is copy the link to e/mail or web site/forum etc for the intended to download.
