Hello,Recieved the sar letter for my husbands bank account yesterday. There is one loan which is clearly front loaded which finished last year and we knew about. They also sent screen prints from 3 old loans from the 90's, the account numbers are there but under account description it says "fixed rate personal loan select c/s ins" Any clue what that means ppi maybe??.Shall i just add these to the questionaire as there are no breakdowns of the loan as there old. Many thanks:)

    Hi there

    Glad you received your paperwork.

I am certain that mean including PPI, it was like that on my list they enclosed too and all of them now have been successful.

If mis sold on all for the same reasons, you can keep to the same questionnaire, remember to enclose all account numbers, however, I did mine all separately not to confuse them.

When your successful, if they do not provide you with a calculated breakdown, they should do though, but then you can ask for them, you do not require these to make a reclaim, so no worries there, good luck.
