3rd uPVC panels replaced

We had UPVC windows and doors installed 8 years ago in mahogany. I think there lies our problem! Apparently the dark coloured doors absorb the heat, which is why we have had to have the panels replaced twice now and now need to have them done again! The rear door is in the sun most and it has bowed and has cracks going out from the corners of the porthole window. The front door is also bowing. Both are under porches. Apparently our warranty is from the initial install and the panels replaced therefore do not have their own warranty. So I am aware if we get these replaced like for like AGAIN the same problem will happen, by which time the warranty will have expired. I asked the director of the company what he was prepared to do for me and he said he could replace the doors with grp composite doors at cost price. I believe I am still looking at approx. £600 a door and can't afford this. We spent a lot of money at install. Can anyone give me advice to where I stand?
