Shop Direct Finance PPI

I have searched this and other forums and can't find anyone who has had any success reclaiming PPI from Shop Direct Finance. I see from the FOS website that they receive a lot of complaints about Shop Direct. I have just put in a claim for PPI from Shop Direct and thought my case was quite strong. Does anyone have any experience of dealing with this company over missold PPI?

i have had two succesful claims with Shop Direct Finance Company for PPi Claims, however the time taken has been ridiculous. Once you send in a claim they allocate a case worker who will arrange to call you to discuss the case further.
i sent in a claim to them in December 2011 as I was under and IVA arrangement and instructed to do so by them. It took until February 2012 to get a final response from them despite many phone calls and emails to their office. At this time I was awarded all my premiums back plus interest. As I was in an IVA they tried to keep some of the money and originally only refunded me £35.11 out of £1387.05 that was awarded. I disputed this and was eventually awarded a further payment of £504.17, still far from the amount awarded. Shop Direct have deduced their outstanding balance from the amount awarded, even though they are not allowed to do this under the IVA rules as whne an IVA is sompleted all debts owed to creditors are wrote off. I have got no where with them so have had to resort to making a complaint to the FSA as they refuse to pay any more money to me.
My second claim with them was sent in April 2012, I received a final response in June 2012 refusing my claim. However i wrote back to them and advised that i had already been awarded a claim for another of my accounts with the same company, they reviewed the claim and have advised that they will uphold my complaint, this was at the end of July and I am still waiting a response to see how much they are awarding me and when I will receive a cheque.
It is worth persevering with them, the only downfall is the call costs as you have to wait on the phone for ages to get through to someone. I have sometimes emailed on [EMAIL="customerexcellence@shopdirect.com"]customerexcellence@shopdirect.com[/EMAIL]
