Putting videos on an ipod

Hey, i have the old generation 30Gb video ipod and i wondered if i could download a programme to put videos on it? i have a pc and for some reason i carn't find a site where i don't have to pay to obtain a programme, please help!

    i use nero ultra edition to convert files to mp4 format allowing me to watch the simpsons on my mobile. If your ipod plays mp4 you can download it with a months free trial from their website or download.com.

    i use a programme called videora:

    its very easy use and can convert also sorts of video into formats to use either on your ipod or psp
