default scottish power
hi,
is there any way of having a default removed from credit score if i feel that it was put there incorrectly?
i only noticed this default yesterday, otherwise my report is clear. this default is as a result of a dispute between me and them about who was supplying the energy and as of which date. there was some mix up with the previous tenants account.
who do i contact about this ? it was in 2010 and paid in full 1 month after the default is showing.
thanks

If they said they were supplying and you said they were not, and you refused to pay it would only be a gesture of goodwill. Are you sure its not a status 1?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

They can remove it if they pay for it because it was the error.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
