    Ring the estate agent and ask why you've had no viewings as yet. Give them your address and when they say your house isn't on their books, tell them it most definitely is because you've got one of their (swear word optional) sale boards attached to your gatepost.

    Repeat every few days until offending board removed without damage to your property. Also get your neighbours to make similar phone calls.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
