The 'Recommend a Friend' prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kallo Foods Ltd. (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.

By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

All entries must be submitted online via mydairyfreedream.com/campaigns/recommend-your-friends. To enter the prize draw you are required to enter a valid name and email address for the recommended friend.

By entering the competition, you have opted into the My Dairy Free Dream database where we may use your details to contact you about our products and services via email. We will not sell your name, address or phone number to any other third party. All our email correspondence contains an unsubscribe option by which you can opt out of further email contact if you so wish.

Any friends recommended will be contacted, via email, to inform them that they have been recommended and invite them to enter the prize draw.

The data provided will be added to our database but will remain confidential and will not be shared by third parties.

No purchase necessary.

Only 1 entry per person regardless of the volume of friends recommended.

The opening date and the closing date for the prize draw is as follows:

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, telecommunications or technical error. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.

The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be
entered into.

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision. The winners will be notified by email by no later than one week after the closing date. The prize must be claimed within one month of notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winner, however, if the prize is not claimed within one month of notification, an alternative winners will be chosen.

There will be 5 winners from the prize draw who will be picked at random.

The Le Creuset gift sets comprise of 3x petite casserole dishes.

Winners may be required to take part in related publicity which may include (without limitation) participating in photo, recording, video and/or film session(s). The name and county of the winners will be available between 22.03.2012 and 22.09.2012 upon application with a SAE to Kallo Food Ltd, River View, The Meadows Business Park, Station Approach, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9AB.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party for any purpose other than prize administration of this promotion without the individual's prior consent.
