For Plantation 3 Star, Gabriel decided to use a 3-year aged Trinidad rum, carbon filtered to maintain its white colour and to remove the heavier tannins while preserving the aromatics developed and refined by aging. Un-aged rums from Barbados and Jamaica are blended, along with a 12 year old rum from Jamaica.
Not 100% sure could someone else double-check.“You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
