Hi all, will try to be brief.
Got a letter from the above showing pictures of my car parked on double yellows. It was on a road leading to a car park. It was all on private land patrolled by the above company. I was waiting for my girlfriend and was sat there for around 40mins, i didn`t actually leave the car. The pictures don`t show who was driving so...
Should i email them asking for a clear picture of the driver..or
Completely ignore the letter...
They`re asking for £75 going up to £110...extortionate.
Reading some other threads on here it seems like i won`t be taken to court if i don`t pay but under what circumstances will they take me to court?
No intention of paying these charming people anything so any reassurance will be gratefully received. Thanks.

Yellow lines have no meaning on private land, on public roads they need a traffic regulation order and are enforced by genuine authority.
Parking eye are a scam company that impersonate authority, they have no legal or lawful power to fine or charge you for parking on yellow lines, which in turn might as well be sky blue and pink, as they are as fake as the ticket .
IGNORE THEM beware the impersonations change characters, so read up on what letters and fake authority characters will come next.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

^that above is a double black line, it has the same meaning as a double yellow line in a private car park ( not covered by the road traffic act)
As your post is above mine, and ontop of the double balack line and goign by the logic in your post from parking eye, you owe me £75, this will increase to £110 if not paid promptly.
either that or my last statement is a complete load of bullsh** and so are parking eyes demands. From the Plain Language Commission:

Cheers for the super fast replies.
My initial rage has turned into quiet calm knowing not a penny of my money will be paid to Parking Eye. Thanks again.0 -
Dear Mr Vax2002,
By the time we found it in the desk drawer, your cheque was received too late. Therefore, the fine now stands at £110. If you don't pay, we will send round "the boys", to rip your arm off and hit you with the wet end.
Also, as the CCTV evidence we've just edited now shows that you bought Colmans mustard and aspirin, we reserve the right to apply to Norfolk County Court for a Norwich Pharmaceutical Order, which will compel you to divulge who you bought them for.
Signed,
S Quiggle,
Conham, Grabbit & Runne. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Or, in simpler terms,
They are scammers, ignore them and all their scamming chums like Poxburghe and Graham Poo (sorry, White) and they eventually settle for... £0.
Got a Vespa myself.0 -

parking spy/lie are well known on here, simply this, they are SCUM/SCAMSTERS of the first degree, ignore everything you recieve on or on behalf of them,, e.g. letters from roxburghe (we have zero powers) debt collectors,, and the world famous, phoney solicitor known as graham white,,all part of the same scam, relax, chill and IGNORE. nothing can/will happen to you,as you have recieved a fake ticket, they know it, we know it, now you do.0

we got one too recently, I managed to phone through to someone and they were going to hold it for 12 days so we could appeal. However I will now not bother!!! I am only slightly worried that i contacted them.... does this matter as some posts say that you should not contact them at all. Does this give them leverage?? Thanks xx0
