DWP Messed up Final IB Payment

I rung DWP today, due to only receiving 2 wks money instead of 4, this is due to being transferred over to ESA on 24th March. On 24th March they should have paid my final 2wks IB payment but apparently paid 4wks in error, they are waiting to receive this back before they can pay me the 2wks, who in the hell are they waiting to get this back from, as it has never reached my bank. I have had no apology from them about this, surely it would have been good manners for them to write to me and advise of this. I have got £1.26 in my bank account, what am I supposed to live on, fresh air and water :mad: They can't even tell me when I will get this money. I was on the phone for over 40mins, wish they would bring the damn engaged tone back when all their advisors are busy, so you don't have to pay and being on BT basic, this is not going to be cheap. To cap it all I have my first WFI on Fri. how in the hell can I get there when the bus fare is over £4. Will they accept this as an excusable reason for not turning up. To say I am fuming is an understatement. :mad::mad:
