    The letter to the PPC has to be sent, even if it is like swimming off of Weston-super-Mare: going through the motions.

    Hello all
    just to let you know that after sending my letters I received, by return of post, a letter from trethowans saying that my letter has been forwarded to Aintree and "placed in to appeals" - not sure what that means for me; but I was impressed to get a letter back so quickly!
    Stop looking for answers....
    The most you can hope for are clues.....:)
