New to csa help please

Me and husband separated on 16th December 2011, I have put a claim to the csa because I have received no money for my 3 girls, what I would like to know is will it be back dated, and how long will it take and will I receive the full amount that he pays I'm on benefits at the minute until I get sorted thanks.

yes it is back-dated to the date when the CSA first contact him. have you ensured that has been done?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
