American Attractions - peterborough

Hi everyone.

I have purchased tickets for Universal Studios in Florida from American Attractions who have the following address 7 Chippenham Mews, Botolph Green, Peterborough, Cambridge, PE2 72B.

However, I have emailed them on three occasions to find out when my tickets will be sent, and the email keeps returning as not known.

The money has been taken from my account.

Has anyone else used this company, and if so, was it OK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never heard of them before, but looking at their website, they are listed as being a "shopsafe" company.

On the shopsafe site, there is a page to make a complaint HERE. Maybe they can help you out further?

If you paid by credit card, contact your company and get them to stop the charge.

Just out of interest have you called them?? Looks like a home run operation to me, so could just be having tech problems.

Just to let you know I am 99% sure this is a DOMESTIC address in Peterborough as I know someone who used to live in Chippenham Mews.

This is a domestic address, Botolph green is all houses from my recollection ( my mum lives there).

This address is about 10 mins walk from where I live! Yep its domestic
