Wrong national insurance number on new isa!

Help! I've just opened up an isa with Santander and the bloke put the wrong NI number in I noticed it but he had already printed out the paper work and it had issued an account number and sort code! I wrote next to the incorrect number the right one and signed next to it but now I'm worried that it might affect my NI! What should I do!

I used an incorrect NI number for several years (long story) and opened several years cash ISAs using it, I was able to change it to the correct one with all the ISA providers.
It just took a letter and for a high street bank a visit.

Don`t worry it seems that banks can correct these things very easily.

Just make sure the Bank change their records - it's not difficult for them.

The NINO is used as a reference to HMRC when the Bank do their annual report of all ISAs held. There's no link across to your NI record whatsoever. But still ensure Santander change it.
