EDF ENERGY - CEO contact details

Am trying to complain direct to the Chief Executive Officer, Vincent de Rivaz but EDF's call centre refuse to give either his postal address or email and keep palming me off with supervisors or call centre managers.
Cannot find anything on company website.
Can anyone help?

The CEO won't even get it directly anyway. They do have PA's that redirect the mail to the correct location. If you wish to complain then follow the correct process and you will get exactly the same result but much quicker. http://www.edfenergy.com/products-services/for-your-home/customer-services/making-a-complaint.shtml

If you complain to a CEO, its normally seen as a more serious complaint. Whilst it will go to the same complaints team its likely to go to a manager via the management structure and its likely the PA will follow it up.

From my experience with these inn various large companies, they go right to the front of the queue since it sends the management cockroaches scurrying. Basic reason? They don't care much about one customer complaint but they certainly care about senior managers knowing what mistakes they have made.
