Terms and conditions: 1. The promotion is open only to UK, Channel Islands and Isle Of Man residents aged 16 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their Dealers and agents and members of their immediate families or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the promotion. 2. No purchase necessary. 3. In order to qualify for a prize, eligible entrants must obtain a unique code by completing the on-line form at www.honda.co.uk/WinBig between 1 March 2012 and 13 April 2012 inclusive. In order to claim a prize, the unique code must be presented to a member of staff at a participating Honda motorcycle dealer during the Win Big weekend on Saturday 14th - Sunday 15th April 2012 during normal trading hours. 4. Only one prize per person. 5. Only one prize per unique code. 6. The prize will be allocated at random as and when the unique code is presented. 7. Prizes will be delivered to the entrant's home address as provided on the on-line form following the Win Big weekend and every effort will be made to deliver them before the end of April 2012. The Promoter reserves the right to specify colour and size of prize items and offer a substitute of equal or greater value in the event of the prize becoming unavailable [subsequently to the entrant being informed of the allocated prize]. No cash alternative will be offered. 8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of entering or downloading any material relating to this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion. Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the promotion in a manner, which in Promoter’s determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including but not limited to tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives), or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry, may be rejected from the promotion at Promoter’s sole discretion.
