Confused About Bank Account

Hubby and I went bankrupt 6 years ago, we went to the Yorkshire Bank today as the bank we are with now is rubbish, we gave all our details and the bankruptcy didnt show up and our credit file was clear, we were offered a full bank account with overdraft but it has to be referred to head office as she said the code that came up showed a desprepancy in our address's. We have only lived in 2 houses and gave the years we were at both address's, does anyone have any idea what the code and reason maybe?

Either ask them or check on the credit reference agency files to make sure they are right there.
I know last time I checked mine I had an erroneous address on my file from when the credit card company did my change of address wrong and despite correcting it immediately they seemingly still reported it to the agencies.0 -
Thanks will look into that, I just hope we get the account as Citibank are dreadful0
