We have a Paintpod and think its great, specially for people with limited mobility because you don`t have to keep going up and down a ladder to re load your paint brush/pad

Some glitches due to their change to the new website no doubt.

    Hardly 'Shocking service'.

Just refuse delivery of the paint pod or email them (without anger) via their website.

Why do people always moan when they lose out on a glitch???

  • A glitch? I don't think so, there was various different colours all reduced and stated by how much they were reduced. A glitch would be out of their control, this obviously was not the case. The only mistake that they made was that they weren't prepared for how many people were going to try and buy them. Why shouldn't I tell them that I am angry. Surely I am entitled to do so? I am angry that I am unable to cancel the rest of an order for an item that is of no use to me without the paint and I am angry that I will now have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. I have also checked the T&C's and refer you to section 14.2 notifying you when a product will be available to collect in store (as applicable). At this point, a contract will be made between us for you to buy and us to sell the products that you have ordered from us. This is what I have stated in my email, hardly unreasonable now, is it!

Have they advised you when the product will be available to collect in store?

That doesn't usually happen until after despatch.
