parking eye unjust invoice

Hi there just got back from blackpool last week and just received an invoice from parking eye saying you entered our car park at 2.31 and left at 3.15 with photos of the car and the reason you are sent this invoice is either you didnt pay and display or you over stayed.
well neither of these were the case we bought a tickect for £3.20 and displayed it in the window correctly and still had about 2 hrs left when we left and how can they tell from the entry and exit cameras whether we put a pay and display on the window???????
what kind of !!!!!! turpins are the people
ive noticed from other threads that people agree they over stayed or didnt pay but ours was quite straight forward we payed we stayed

Was it one of these stupid "enter your reg no" ideas? What normally happens is a reg on a cctv piccy don't marry up with one entered on the machine.

However it matters not simply ignore them!
  • Just ignore these muppets and the chain of threat-o-grams they send you. Check the sticky thread for the full chain so you know what to expect.

They don't have a leg to stand on

Do not ignore a private parking ticket - from 2013 onwards things changed in England/Wales. If yours is Parking Eye then they are suing people and so are some other PPCs.

You must appeal and with current forum advice, you will win at popla - we win 100% of appeals in 2014.

Please click to page one of the forum, get off this old thread. See my signature below for where to click to read current advice. Please read the NEWBIES thread at the top of this very forum.

Did I say STOP reading this ancient thread, NOW??!!

They are merely behaving true to form. ALL Parking Eye invoices are unjust. At least you know enough to refer to it as an invoice and not regard it as a fine.

If you still have the P & D ticket (or even if you don't) you could have a go at suing them if they carry on in their usual way.

Whatever you do, let us know. But do not waste any time or effort pandering to their sham appeal system.

At least you it right Jamie, in calling it an invoice.
Most newbies come on here bleating about getting a "fine". Which is something that even the PPC's don't usually call it.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Do not try to argue, thats how the scam works by throwing some bait.
