PPI -Sunlife AXA

Can anyone tell me if I can claim back AXA Sunlife - critial illness insurance? I was told I had to have this with my mortgage 6 years ago and only stopped paying it last year as was told was poor policy?

Shall I just ring AXA Sunlife or is this type of policy not PPI?

You cant just claim back insurances willy nilly.

Who told you it was a poor policy? It certainly isnt the best but not the worst and typcially these were made available through AXA tied agents. They can only retail their own product. So, they cant give you the best.
