KGB voucher RADIANCE COLONIC SCAM

I purchased a voucher from KGB in January for a treatment at Radiance Colonic in Durham for a treatment. I have been trying to contact the business in order to make an appointment since then until last week when the voucher expired. The owner hasnt made any effort to return my calls emails or texts.

Has anyone else had trouble with this voucher?
Anyone got any ideas how I can get my money back?

Emailed KGB today and explained everything. They have agreed to issue a full refund, which is a relief.

Would still like to know if anyone else has had trouble with this 'rogue trader' tho....

It has no known medical benefit (at least for any one with a normal digestive tract) and can do harm.

It is something best avoided unless on proper medical advice from a doctor.

I think OP was fortunate that things turned out as they did.
