I'm off to one of their seminars today.
Has anyone had any dealings with this company (good or bad)?

Why would they tell you how to get rich rather than getting rich themselves?
Why would someone sell you a property (or anything else) with £25k equity in it for nothing?0 -

The answer to these questions is.......They wouldn't!!!!
It screams con to me. Go to the pub instead - getting drunk would be more enjoyable and probably more profitable in the long-run.0 -
I will say this once! DO NOT DEAL WITH CHALLENOR PROPERTIES!!!!
After a property was pulled, it took me months to get my money back. They were very rude on the phone whenever I tried to chase it up. The only way I got my money was to go up to their head office and demand it. I wouldn't leave and had to get a grip of one of the senior partners before they refunded me.0 -
I agree, I have been on a Challenor seminar and they are basically selling you properties with a developer discount. There are 2 problems, one they charge you 3% + vat, so for a 200k property you would first have to pay £7050, two the discounts are not always genuine, i.e. the developer has simply increased the prices.
I've since bought a couple of properties through Rutland Partnership, where I didn't get charged a Finders Fee. These guys work totally different to Challenor and would recommend them anytime - and I came from a recommendation!0 -
