On the other hand, <Mail Online> is not so optimistic.Predictions for future prices across the UK remain flat for the second consecutive month, suggesting that gently increasing levels of demand may be the key factor behind the more optimistic outlook.

That information is from the same Rics survey as this thread is talking about Nollag. Its next Month when London prices start to fall however from one estate agent in London, they said this:
James Perris BSc MRICS, De Villiers Chartered Surveyors, Central London, Central London, 020 7887 6009 - The market has been slightly quieter in recent weeks with a reduction in European buyers albeit replaced to some extent by the traditional UK spring buyers. Demand for the prime Central London properties is still outweighing supply although secondary or properties deemed overpriced are not attracting interest.
We should start seeing the London price drops in May figures:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
