I'm currently claiming ctc for my baby but i'm thinking about moving into my current partners who is claiming Esa due to ill health. Would I lose my ctc and income support? Also would housing benefit be still paid?
Wishing everyone the best of luck for 2020 ☘️

your income support would stop and the cyc would have to be changed to a joint claim.
your partner would then add you the the ESA claim.
housing and council tax benefits would all be dependany on income.savings
