Completed at the end of Jan, and my husband has met everyone in the row of 6 houses, I've yet to meet some of the ones from further away, but we seem to be on good terms with both immediate neighbours despite having a teenage birthday party within a few weeks (which we warned them about in advance, and asked how bad it was afterwards).

They have moved our bin out/in when they thought we were away for the weekend (and that we might not realise that bin collection occurred on the Bank Holiday).

We were invited in to view the neighbours house on the day we moved in for a coffee and to see potential improvements we might want to make.

I've found the new neighbours very friendly.
