Dell Basic Warranty - Next Business Day. Any advise and customer experiences?

I have just bought a Dell laptop with a Business Warranty called
"Dell Basic Warranty - Next Business Day"
Does anyone have experience with dealing with Dell and could you please explain what this actually means?
Thanks!

    Thanks, Neil
I purchased the Small Business 3 year standard option.
Could it possibly be this Basic Hardware Support
There was no mention on the purchase agreement as to ON SITE repair - so what is actually meant by the "next business day"?
As this is the common option for all refurbished laptops bought on the Dell Business Outlet, I am hoping that there are many of you out there with this same warranty?

With Lenovo it is next day on site and they do turn up the next day.

I took out the 3 year business warranty on my previous Dell laptop, it was an offer for it which I bought it, but proved brilliant, they even came out to me in Spain and replaced a HDD, it was really outside of the 3 years, but less than 1 year than a previous HDD error, by the way I could get at my data, but kept giving an error message. Made me smarten up on backup :)

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?

So far, my Dell delivery, promised to take 5 working days, is now been put back a further five days...
A fair few internet forums seem to suggest that Dell very rarely keep to their "next day" promise...

Business day means what it says-if you phone Monday to Thursday, it will be the next day. if you phone Friday, it will be Monday.
I assume it's a Americanism of 'working day'.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
