Paranoier skitsfermier what can i claim?

hi,
my partner suffers from paranoier skisfermier he claims incompacy benifit and dla which they are changing to esa and pip. at the minute he claims dla and ib indefinaily what will happen to him when it changes over ?
please help as i am confused what will happen to him....
