Thanks, went to Dreams yesterday for mine. Did it in my phone in the car so I could go back if there were any problems, but it all went through fine. It said there'll be a delay in sending it, think it was 6 weeks.

So if been said already as I've not read all the post.

There is not a standard web address for the free pillow, each leaflet in store has a unique code at the end web address and can only be used once. Tempur are clever and aren't going to have a general web address for all to use. It'll cost them a fortune!

Yes thats exactly how it works, you go in store and get your unique code after trying out a mattress.
