A redo of garage extension and new kitchen

Was wondering if these prices sound about right for a new kitchen and utility room?
Amount including materials and labour £11250.00
Vat (17.5%) £1968.75
Total Amount £13218.75
To get everything on the list below :
General building and utility.
1. Terminate hot and cold water supplies to kitchen and toilet.
2. Completely remove all existing kitchen units and dispose from site.
3. Terminate lighting circuit, remove and replace kitchen ceiling.
4. Reduce the size of the opening to the kitchen from the lounge and install lintel if required.
5. Widen opening to entrance into utility room installing suitable lintel.
6. Supply and install door frame making good all disturbed surfaces.
7. Apply finish to new ceiling boards and refit light.
8. Strip out partition surrounding toilet, to the front and the perimeter of the utility, dispose from site.
9. Assess construction and insulation issues once the plaster boards has been removed. Separate costs to be supplied at that time.
10. Supply and fix new plaster board and apply skim finish.
11. Construct new metal stud partition across the front moving it back approximately 1.7 mtrs.
12. Construct new toilet cubicle including door and ironmongery.
13. Install thermal insulation and clad both sides in 12mm plaster board.
14. Remove and replace ceiling board in the utility area.
15. Supply and install 4no double sockets.
16. Carry out all plumbing concerning washing, dishwasher, toilet and wash hand basin.
17. Supply and fit utility base and wall units, including fridge freezer.
18. Carryout second fix to all electrical work.
19. Fit toilet and basin supplied by customer. (Elcam can supply if required).
20. Fix approximately 6 sq mtrs of wall tiles supplied by customer, grout and polish off.
21. Fix approximately 10 sq mtrs of floor tiles supplied by customer, grout and polish off.
22. Supply and fix skirting boards and architraves.
Kitchen
23. Supply and install 4no double sockets.
24. Carry out all plumbing concerning basin and cooker.
25. Supply and fit kitchen base and wall units, including stainless steel cooker and chimney.
26. Fit wall unit around existing boiler.
27. Carryout second fix to all electrical work.
28. Fix approximately 4. 6 sq mtrs of wall tiles supplied by customer, grout and polish off.
29. Fix approximately 5 sq mtrs of floor tiles supplied by customer, grout and polish off.
30. Supply and fix skirting boards and architraves.
General
31. Apply one coat of undercoat and gloss to all wood work.
32. Apply two coats of emulsion to all ceilings and walls.
33. Leave site clean and tidy.
