As you've got to give in something written, make sure that it does not have any spelling mistakes in.
Think carefully before including clip art pictures: personally I like the Screen beans, but I know some people find them irritating. And you must choose something which is relevant, rather than just amusing.
However it is worth thinking about something which would make you stand out from everyone else - a 'conversation' in which you ask and answer questions might work, and if you have the oomph to carry this off with a glove puppet then you will be remembered. And since HVs work with young children, such a prop might form part of your work equipment.
