My guess (and it is only a guess) would be that it used to be a guest house which may explain the commercial use. It's now being sold as a residential house, so not commercial any more.0 -

I think it means the agent first list the property as a comercial one and then changed it.
It has most likely only been up a few days. The alternative is that it only showed up on someones search, who was using property bee, on the 1st.0
