in IVA & DRO
Finished iva 2010 put claim in for ppi on 4loans in iva. Also had 3loans paid off before iva.What is the difference in the way they are payed out. thanks

    Hi hardwoman.

    According to the legal advice received by one IVA firm the answer is that there shouldn't be much difference once you've been discharged from the IVA.

    One thing to bear in mind is that you can only reclaim PPI that you actually paid. This might sound obvious, but in some cases it's possible that some of the PPI premiums may have ended up being balances amongst your IVA creditors rather than actually having been paid for.
