Cash in a S&S ISA

I've always got some cash knocking about in my S&S ISA and heard of some money market funds which are decent for holding cash in. I'm looking for a fund that invests in short dated AAA government bonds so there is no risk of the value going down, but you get some interest on the money rather than nothing Im getting at the moment.
Does anyone know the best money market funds?

You could have a look through this list.

Thanks. It seems a lot of those can't be held in an isa, only ETFs versions can. The only one I found is http://www.trustnet.com/Factsheets/Factsheet.aspx?fundCode=BNFL5&univ=E

if you want certainty the out the money in a sav ings account
bonds will fluctuate with the general level of interest rates
as these can opnly really go up then bond prices can only go down0 -
but the money market funds dont go down with bond prices as they only buy short dated bonds and hold until maturity. Its the ETFs that track them Im not sure what is underlying those funds and the counter party risk.Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0
