Credit Cards-Informal Arrangements

Hello everyone
New here so bear with me!
I have a couple of questions that hopefully someone on your forum can give a view or opinion on.
I have around £30k of CC debt on three credit cards but all are managed by Nat West Card Services (Nat West MC, NatWest Visa, Tesco CC). They are all on default status and are CCA verified. They are coming to an end of a six month informal arrangement costing me around £95pm to service. I have not missed any payments and can continue to pay at that level for the foreseeable future.
My question is what are the chances of NWCC services extending the existing arrangement for a further period or are they likely to try to push for something more formal, send it to a DCA etc. What are NWCC services (part of RBS I think) like to deal with on a long term repayment situation?
Any other things worth considering?
Regards & Thanks
