Prize
There will be one winner. The winner must be aged 18 or over. There is one prize which consists of the following: The prize includes a trip for four people (one winner, over 18, plus three guests) to London including two nights accommodation at the 5* Royal Horse Guard Hotel London and tickets to the War Horse stage show at the New London Theatre, Drury Lane, London (The War Horse stage show is recommended for a general audience ten (10) years of age and over. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket). Once the show has finished they will then be taken on a meet and greet with the puppeteers and actor of 'Joey' the horse on stage, including a photo opportunity and individual signed programmes for the winner and each of their guests. They will also get four tickets to the Cavalry Museum and a horse-riding trek for four in Hyde Park. All elements of the prize must be taken on the same weekend.
What's included: Two nights accommodation at the 5* Royal Horse Guard Hotel London (exact dates to be arranged with the winner); standard class rail or coach transfers to and from the winners’ home address and London; £100 towards the cost of transport between the hotel, the stage show, the cavalry museum and horse-riding trek; shared occupancy of two twin rooms or one family room for two nights at the 5* Royal Horse Guard Hotel London on a bed and breakfast basis; four VIP tickets to see the War Horse stage show; a meet and greet with the puppeteers and actor of 'Joey' the horse on stage, including a photo opportunity and individual signed programmes for the winner and each of their guests (The VIP meet and greet with the puppeteers and actor of Joey the horse is subject to availability and not valid for Thursday or Saturday matinees); horse-riding trek for four in Hyde Park (horse riding insurance is not included, participants will be required to sign a waiver when they arrive at the horse riding event activity. To participate in the horse riding trek, children must be at least five (5) years of age. All four (4) individuals will get to participate in the horse riding activity with their own individual horse. No level of experience is required. All safety and horse riding equipment will be provided); Four (4) tickets to the Cavalry Museum London (no age restrictions). The VIP War Horse themed weekend (including all activities mentioned above) is available up to October 31, 2012 (subject to availability) but excludes July 27 to August 12, 2012 and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. The prize carries no cash value and is non-transferable.
What's Not Included: Travel insurance; taxis or other travel costs other than those stated as included; room service and any associated ‘tips’; and, any other incidental expenditure during the trip, food and beverages other than those referenced above.
The winner and their guest are solely responsible for providing travel insurance. Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (“Disney”) or their agent will liaise with the winner to arrange suitable travel dates and times but shall determine any associated rail or other transport and times, in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any train journey. Travel and accommodation are subject to availability. Travel is subject to these Official Rules and the terms and conditions of any rail company in relation to the relevant ticket, as chosen by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (“Disney”). The winner's guests must travel on the same train/coach and at the same time as the winner. Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (“Disney”) will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel documents.
Prize-draw Period
The prize draw will commence on April 7, 2012 and close at 23.59 BST on Sunday, May 27, 2012 ("Prize Draw Period").
