Travel insurance without medical cover?

I pay for medical insurance via my job and besides the BUPA stuff it also covers me and family for travel worldwide. We still have to buy normal travel insurance though to get the cover for things like cancellation. Most of the cost of travel insurance is the unwanted medical cover but I couldn't find any that didn't bundle it. Anyone know?

Can you not ask whoever provides your medical insurance to add the other cover for you? (Even if you had to pay for it)

Ta - I never even considered that. I doubt BUPA-style companies really will do travel insurance but they must have had people ask same question before and might have a useful answer.
