Amazon MP3 - GAH!

Just went to download a song from amazon. Bought with the very handy 1-click option. Thought that was that, I'd be listening to my new song in about a minute.
Yeah, right.
The dialogue box which asks you to open the mp3 download software didn't open, so I didn't get to download the song. Then I find out I've been charged twice for the same song!
And to add insult to injury, when I tried to email customer services to ask for a refund on one (because lets face it, who wants to pay twice for the same song?) and to explain I didn't get the song, up comes an error that my email can't be sent!
Will try again tomorrow but it's very annoying!

I've had that happen to me before but didn't take any action for the sake of 79p but thought it could easily happen as the dialog box is a bit overcomplicated - why can't it just say "download" rather than open/save etc!0

For some reason the box just didn't appear this time.
Although it turns out my email did go through, and I had a refund and a download link within 2 hours."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

That's a pretty good resolution. I tend to avoid buying downloadable music from Amazon. It's not so bad for individual tracks but the albums on offer always seem to have variable bit rates and quality. I can be happily listening to a track crackle and hiss free, the next track comes on and it sounds like the artist swapped his Stratocaster for a comb and a slip of tissue paper.0
