Oh I forgot about Great British Menu, one of my old friends is in it, he actually won one of last year´s dishes, so I will of course be watching and cheering him on. We worked in the same restaurant for a while when I was about 19 or 20 and he was a really talented chef even then so it´s great to see him doing so well.

I'll watch anything foodie but rarely cook the recipes. I do think food programmes taught me to cook. Just learning the basic techniques which I have taken into my own recipes. Love Nigel Slater, Nigella and Jamie most but watch everything and am enjoying Rachel Khoo at the moment - I like her little kitchen!
Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.

I watched Rachel Khoo's new show (Little Paris Kitchen, in case anyone hasn't heard of her) for the first time yesterday on iPlayer. I now have a massive girl-crush on her :rotfl: she is just so pretty and I love her clothes and her weeny little kitchen too, I think I just want to BE her.

...and the food looked quite nice as well :D

I've just been watching countrywise kitchen. I really liked it. Not a cookery programme as such, but fascinating.

Man vs food. No specific recipes but very inspiring.
Little paris....she seems to burn everything and chooses ingredients from special producers and I find it a bit prohibitive. But her cooking is fun to watch-she's so clumsy.lol.

I've been watching Julia child videos on youtube...she makes me laugh out loud but I learn alot.

I loved Economy Gastronamy - cooked their macaroni cheese last night. I keep hoping for another series, but guess it's not coming.

Great British Bake Off is good too.

Can't bear Jamie, he sounds like his tongue is too big for his mouth!

My favourites are Jamie Oliver (I find his recipes give me lots if ideas), Rachel Allen and Barefoot Contessa.

Jamie's 30 minute Moroccan feast is magnificent and I make it at least once a fortnight and costs me about £5 for 2 meals. His Salmon tray bake I have been making for years now and never fails me.
