Opening/closing date & time:

· The competition opens and closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in ‘All Star Family Fortunes’ (the “programme”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 4.00 p.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com/familyfortunes website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for online entries.

The winner will be contacted in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 934 500 and follow instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 88550 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 3 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 88550 by the competition closing date and time will automatically be entered a third time without charge. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number.

Prize:

The prize includes:

Cash
A cheque for £5,000 (five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only.

Holiday

A trip for the winner and three (3) companions to Parkdean Resort of Warmwell in the United Kingdom for seven (7) consecutive nights, to include:

· Seven (7) nights accommodation in a luxury lodge or a luxury caravan (subject to availability) at the Warmwell Holiday Park in Weymouth, Dorset based on the winner and their companions sharing one (1) double room and one (1) twin room;

· Breakfast and a three (3) course evening meal on each day of the holiday (drinks are not included);

· Five hundred pounds (£500) contribution towards travel costs;

· One (1) family ski lesson (including equipment hire) for the winner and their companions (meaning that the winner and their companions are all taught together during the same lesson); and

· One (1) ticket for each of the winner and their companions to visit the Weymouth Sea Life Adventure Park. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times and some rides may be unsuitable for children aged under 3.

The holiday must be booked and taken up between 31 May 2012 and 31 October 2012 and is subject to availability. The holiday must be booked to commence on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering medical costs, and to ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or other access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, any additional travel, accommodation, excursions, attractions, meals and drinks not included in the prize, parking costs, hotel charges, room service, telephone costs, internet access costs, souvenirs, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, spending money, personal expenses, passports, visas, taxes and, where relevant, any additional expenses and costs which may be incurred.

Sorry everyone, ive updated with the correct link.
