My acer wont shut down

My acer aspire one netbook will not shut down, can anyone help me please.:beer:

Nothing, ebay / facebook....my son plays club penguin on it...

So you go t shut down normally and what happens? Says its shutting down, but never does?

When i click on shutdown, nothing happens at all, if i click sleep that will work but not shut down.

I agree with espresso, I sometimes have to do that on my eeePC.
