Virgin Media now charging 10p connection for some 0871 calls.

Just perusing the NTL Media Call Tariffs and i noticed that they are now charging a huge 10p connection charge for calls to 0871 numbers banded at 10p a minute. (6p connection still applies to all other chargeable calls.)
Couple this with their expensive 3p a minute evening calls, (6p connection),and their very expensive NGN calls,they have to have some of the most phone expensive tariiffs around.
0845. Peak 5p, Evenings 4p, Weekends 3p (Per Minute)
0870. Peak 10p , Evenings 8p, Weekends 6p (Per Minute)
Plus they have the cheek to charge £1 a month for itemised billing.
